That is not unhealthy at all!!! Snacks after dinner are great, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise :) I’m sure your body is very happy to use the minerals and vitamins and energy to become/stay healthy. None of those things could possibly do you any harm! xx

This message really lifted my spirits so I must thank you very much ❤️ I was really struggling when I was all alone in Munich, but now that I’ve managed to get my butt out to my grandma’s house in France I’m doing a little better. :)

- get some nice food to munch on
- have a snack
- cook yourself something yum
- nourish your body
- make a nice sandwich
- maybe have some cereal
- go and get ice cream
- visit a cute cafe for tea and cake
- EAT SOME FOOD
